Seth Gilson

Bio
Seth Gilson began his career with Gardiner + Company in 1998. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, passed his CPA exam and started working with Gardiner shortly after. Seth enjoys working with the close-knit group of individuals and has helped develop a hard-working team atmosphere at Gardiner + Company. In January of 2014 Seth was promoted to Partner, and will lead the Lincoln office starting in 2019.
Hobbies
Seth believes in being completely professional, being punctual and, at times, he believes the work week is seven days long. Seth can often be found at the office on Saturdays, or even Sundays, but when he is not working you can find him enjoying the outdoors, hiking or golfing.
Expertise
Seth specializes in auditing cooperatives, financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. He is a member at AICPA, ISCPA and NSAC and is licensed in the state of Iowa. Seth’s clients have called him professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Seth is very thorough in his explanations and prides himself on his ability to help his clients understand their financials. He finds this very important in ensuring their efficiency, and Seth always wants to leave the client in the best shape possible.
As partners, we have a responsibility to share our knowledge with our clients. My job isn’t done until my client feels smarter and fully understands what’s happening with their finances.
