Bio
Matt Heibel is an Auditor at Gardiner + Company, where he has been contributing to the team for the past six years. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Matt was drawn to auditing for his love of problem-solving, organization, and the opportunity to travel around the Midwest. He enjoys the responsibility and autonomy that comes with his role at Gardiner, feeling that it allows him to play an important part in delivering quality service to clients. Matt is particularly focused on inventory work, especially the observation and testing aspects of audits. One of his proudest milestones at the firm was reaching his six-year anniversary this past September.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing guitar, exploring sports, and learning about history and geopolitics. He is a dedicated fan of the Nebraska Huskers, Minnesota Vikings and Wild, and the Kansas City Royals.
