Mark Rodruck

Bio

Mark Rodruck is a Partner at Gardiner + Company, where he has had a distinguished career spanning over 31 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mark began his career with Gardiner immediately after graduating from college and has been with the firm ever since. He enjoys working with a diverse group of colleagues and values the long-lasting relationships that have developed throughout his tenure, which reflect the strong culture at Gardiner. Recently, he has particularly enjoyed the opportunity to work alongside his children, Maddy, a full-time employee, and Drew, an intern, which has been a rewarding experience both personally and professionally.

Hobbies

Outside of work, Mark cherishes time spent with his wife, Micki, and their children Maddy, Drew, and Trent. He enjoys golfing and supporting his children’s activities, especially at Nashua Plainfield High School. Mark is also an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the NSAC, ISCPA, AICPA, and serves as Treasurer at St. John Lutheran Church.

Mark specializes in auditing and consulting for cooperatives and agricultural businesses, areas in which he has developed a deep passion and expertise. He remains focused on addressing industry challenges, particularly staffing shortages, a concern he continues to tackle within his role.
