Maria Phipps is an Auditor/Tax Associate at Gardiner + Company CPAs, where she has been an integral team member for over five years. She earned her BS in Accounting and Corporate Finance, along with an MBA, from Northwest Missouri State University. Since entering the field of auditing she has developed a strong passion for the work. She particularly enjoys her role in cooperative and credit union audits and taxes, helping clients navigate both areas with precision and expertise. Maria is proud to have earned her CPA license during her time at the firm, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband, who teaches and coaches at Creston High School, as well as their close-knit circle of family and friends. She enjoys gardening, yoga, watching movies, and traveling. Maria and her husband, both proud alumni of Northwest Missouri State University, are passionate supporters of the NWMSU Bearcats.
