Maddy Rodruck is an Auditor at Gardiner + Company, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to the team. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Maddy was inspired to pursue auditing by her father and her passion for accounting. She thrives in an environment where she can continually learn and grow, tackling new challenges with each audit. Maddy values the collaborative nature of her role and the opportunity to develop her skills as an auditor.
Hobbies
Outside of work, she enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with her family, including her two younger brothers, Drew and Trent. A proud Iowa fan, Maddy enjoys staying connected to her roots and balancing her professional and personal life.
