Laura Gardiner is the HR Administrator at Gardiner + Company, where she has been an integral part of the team since 1986. She started by assisting the clerical team with tasks like typing, running reports, and answering phones, and after a brief hiatus to raise her children, she returned in 1994 to help with an urgent payroll need—and never left. Throughout her years at Gardiner, Laura has appreciated the flexibility the firm has offered, allowing her to balance work and family life while contributing to the company's success. She values working alongside her husband, Dennis, and their children, Matt and Emily, making it a truly family-oriented environment. Laura’s dedication and long tenure have made her a cornerstone of the firm’s operations, and she continues to play a key role in HR administration to this day.

Hobbies

Outside of work, she enjoys biking, annual beach vacations, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. Her favorite role, though, is being a grandmother to eight wonderful grandkids.
