Kiza Ndume

Bio

Kiza Ndume is an Auditor at Gardiner + Company and has been with the firm for three years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and pursued a career in auditing to gain broad exposure to a variety of industries and financial issues while building a strong foundation in public accounting. At Gardiner, Kiza enjoys working with a diverse client base and values the collaborative, engaging culture created by the firm’s staff. He has independently managed full audit engagements for small clients and has assisted in the preparation of audit reports and financial statements. Kiza focuses primarily on auditing financial statements for grain cooperatives and credit unions.

Hobbies

Outside of work, he enjoys practicing guitar and learning new techniques, with the goal of one day playing like a pro. He comes from a close-knit family of five siblings and recently celebrated the meaningful milestone of getting married. While not a big sports fan, Kiza always roots for Iowa State University.
