Bio
Emily Bell is the Marketing Manager at Gardiner + Company, where she combines her passion for people, creativity, and marketing to drive success. A University of Iowa graduate with a degree in Spanish, Emily’s career journey took her from a real estate marketing role in Northern Colorado to her family’s business back in Iowa. She loves the flexibility Gardiner + Company offers, allowing her to balance her professional life with being an active mom to her three boys, Wes, Wyatt, and Ward.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Emily and her husband, Robert Bell (Gardiner Audit + Tax Partner) keep the family busy exploring the metro, hiking, traveling, and enjoying time together—especially in their garage, where they often hang out with friends and neighbors, having beers while the kids run wild. As a Hawkeye fan married to a Denver native, she’s also deeply invested in the Denver Broncos, with her kids now cheering right alongside them. Her favorite work accomplishment is organizing the company’s annual hospitality suite in Minneapolis, where she enjoys connecting with clients in a relaxed and fun environment. Emily’s motto, "We make it work," reflects how her family adapts and thrives in all situations—constantly adjusting to make the most of everything!
