She also enjoys working with a different client every couple of weeks because the challenges are always different, which allows her to constantly learn and discover new solutions.

When Elizabeth isn’t working, she can be found spending time with her husband, Calvin, and two children Andrew and Alexa. She enjoys gardening, cooking and attending events her children participate in. Expertise

Elizabeth specializes in audits of municipalities and is licensed in Iowa. She is a member of ISCPA, AICPA and is on the ISCPA Governmental Auditing & Accounting Committee, which plans the ISCPA Governmental Roundtable each year, as well as selects the continuing professional education classes for governmental accounting and auditing. Elizabeth is known for her knowledge in the budget and tax increment financing area and financial reporting process. Since our county clients present financial statements on the cash basis, the modified accrual basis, and the GASB 34 full accrual basis, she is also known for assisting them with any questions they might have on the process.

I love solving new problems. Applying my expertise to help a client or coming up with a creative way to be of service is incredibly satisfying.
