Dayton Smith is an Auditor at Gardiner + Company, where he has been employed since 2023. He holds a BA in Accounting from Northern Iowa University. Dayton chose auditing as a career for its stability and the opportunity it offers to work closely with clients to solve problems. He enjoys the variety of clients and audit areas he engages with, which keeps his work interesting week to week. One of his proudest accomplishments at the firm is the growth in his knowledge and confidence in building stronger relationships with clients.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Dayton stays active with fitness activities like lifting and running, and enjoys golfing with friends and occasional fishing trips. As the youngest of three siblings, he also enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews. A diehard Green Bay Packers fan, Dayton balances work with family, fitness, and fun.
