Anna Rader is a Junior Staff Accountant at Gardiner + Company, having joined the firm within the past year. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Iowa State University after initially studying chemical engineering, where she discovered a strong interest in structured, detail-oriented work that emphasizes accuracy and problem-solving—qualities that naturally led her to a career in auditing and accounting. Anna enjoys the opportunity to apply these skills while learning about how different businesses operate.
Hobbies
Outside of work, she is very close with her parents and spends much of her time with her dog, Dobby—her self-described “120 lb son”—and enjoys hobbies such as building Legos, doing puzzles, and working on crafts.
