We recently sent out a survey to our clients asking about their use of our Secure Client Portal. We weren’t surprised by the results, so we wanted to provide you some additional information regarding it. Our intent is that more clients will start to utilize this feature.
Gardiner Thomsen understands how important security is to our clients, which is why we have a method of exchanging important documents and secure data with our clients. Rather than put numerous files on a memory stick or send multiple emails with those same files attached, you can upload those very documents to an online portal that your auditors can all access simultaneously. NetClient Portal is a secure way for us and our clients to share information without the use of email. Our clients will be provided secure access for each of their designated staff to this portal that will enable them to access the documents or files that we have uploaded to them. In return, our clients will also be able to upload documents to their portal that can then be accessed by our staff. We can exchange sensitive documents with you or files that may be too large to go through normal email exchanges.
It is a simple process to get a person(s) setup with access to the online portal. If you are interested in it, we ask that you communicate with your in-charge auditor so that we can get you or others setup. You will receive a welcoming email that will provide steps to finish the setup of your account and explain some of the features that will be used. We hope that our clients will value this new secure method of exchanging information and documents with us.
